God's Hugs!!!

I feel like a little kid...getting excited over something soo small but....there are times in this business when you just need to be reminded that you are doing a great job....It is always great to hear from my clients and I LOVE when God sends Little hugs my way. At least that is the way I look at it. He knows just when to boost my ego or remind me I am doing a great job. Just when I start to wonder am I doing a good job, does anyone notice, and so on....God sends me one of his Hugs!! Here are two "Hugs" He has sent me recently!

God's Hug #1
Channel 20 is doing a wedding show this weekend that will be aired 3 times and the guy in charge of getting different area wedding vendor to participate saw our display up at the mall and loved it and called to ask if we would be the featured Wedding Photographer/Videographer for the show. Of course we said YES!! We are so excited that of all the photographers he could have asked, he called us. And now the show is going to air in Springfield and Champaign. It is so fun that the little things can still tickle you pink. I know it is not a huge deal but how fun it is for all the bride and grooms who will have there pictures and video used in this segment. It was soooo hard to narrow all our footage and pictures down into a 3 minute segment. It was only suppose to be a 2 min segment but they loved the footage so much they asked us to do a 3 minute instead. So if you see if and your not in there we are really sorry we were in a crunch for time.

If you see the segmaent and email me " A Hug From God" (that is your feedback) I will send you a Gift Certificate to be used toward any of our packages.

And then after the Wedding Segment airs on Saturday we have decided to run some commercials focusing on our Senior Photography!! So if you are a Senior and we have taken your pictures look out because you could be on the commercial. I will let you know when they will air.

God's Hug #2

Then yesterday a lady in Rockford called and she is the coordinator for her area mall and saw our mall display and said our work was very creative and that they have nothing like that in there area would I be willing to expand and come up to there area and have a booth up there. She really wanted for us to have a display up there. I was very flattered but of course I declined. I am busy enough with my clients here let alone more 4 hours away. But she continued to ask and even asked if I would be apart of a photography expo they have once a year. I said I would think about that... maybe book a few weddings up in the Chicago land area would be fun. So even though I did not take on more work...I love that someone else thought our work was creative enough to ask me to do more and to expand our teritory.

Speaking of the mall display....We will updating the mall display in the next month...if anyone has any ideas for what we could do I would LOVE to hear it. Submit your ideas and if your idea is picked we have a special prize just for you!!

Thanks Brandy
