The Krehbiels

Here is another family that I have been able to watch grow up. It is soo fun to be able to capture the same families over and over and watch as the kids grow up and be able to be apart of that. I love these guys. The kids are so sweet and the most polite kids! It is always fun to be apart of there lives. These pictures were taken for there grandparents and I hope that they treasure the pictures forever!!

The Kiddos!!!

I have been so busy I have not had time to post some of my clients but here are a few of them. Here are to the kiddos!
It is funny. I first did a session on the tracks with my dearest friends in the world the Elliott's with there now oldest son Jacob about a year and a half ago. And I have clients calling just to request this particular series of pictures. And just think Carrie all those moms who gave us a hard time for putting Jacob on the tracks.

These two twins I have had the privilege of capturing several times now and I love them they are adorable. We went outside on this day and they were mowing at the park and the boys were fascinated by the lawn mower guy. It was cute!!

This dear family had a beautiful setting at there hom to capture the smile of there adorable son Steel. Funny thing is Erin (the mom) and I worked at Lonestar about 15 years ago...Boy does that make me feel old!!
Is he not ADORABLE!?!?!?!?!

All I have to say is Love the Glasses. I loved this kid! He was sooooo sweet!!

I have great employees!!

Ok so...I took time to thank other local photographers and today I realized I need to also thank my employees.....
I have some amazing employees that make my life not only easier but fun too!
So To Jenna...my right hand, my brain at times, my side view shooter and my drama queen. Thank you!! You always keep us on our toes and keep me somewhat more organized. I am blessed to have you on staff with us.
To Ashley...AKA...M.I.A....thanks for always organizing and keeping up on things. You too are a huge asset when your here!! hehehe
To Amanda our newest addition!!Photographer/assistant/and nanny ;-) We are thankful for your observation this summer and are excited to have you on staff at least for the summer. And Maybe after you marry my brother and move back to Springfield we will have you full time. ;-)
And we can't forget Angela...a great friend and photographer. She has done some amazing weddings for us and I love her for putting up with me and sometimes just being a sound off person. She keeps me in line..and allows me to vent so that I don' to the rest of the world. She shares the same love of photography and her friendship is priceless to me.
And to Wes..our camera man. Thanks for the long hours on Saturdays and for getting great shots for the bride and grooms.
And last but not least I need to thank my better half. If it were not for Jason, I would not have the business that WE have. He puts up with EVERYTHING. He works just as hard if not harder since he works for the state and for us. Jason..Thank You and I love you!!!!

Two friends need our prayers

A friend of our family was told she had a brain tumor..she is only Sophomore. They did operate and were able to remove part of the tumor. Please pray for this young girl. There are alot of decisions to be made and a long road ahead and I pray that Kailey and her family will feel God's love, His Grace...His presence and that a peace will come over them. I have known the Osborne's since... well I think since Kailey was like one!!! She is a sweet girl with a great spirit. I am sure she will come out on top with that great smile of hers..I just want Craig, Tonya, Craig Jr and Kailey to know through it all we are praying for you!!

I also have another close friend of mine (and my family)going through a rough time. Her little boy broke his leg, her husband had to have surgery after he threw his shoulder out and on top of taking care of a husband and a child (every mother/wife knows that in it self is a chore ;-)) Her husband came down with pneumonia and now is very sick and they had some really bad scares this weekend.

If you all could lift these two families up in your prayers that would be great!
The Osborne's and the Medlings! I know they appreciate it!!

Thanks

Being a Christain in a world where not everyone is nice!

I took this blog off because I felt that I need not express my emotions to the whole world..at least not this time. ::-)

Happy Fathers Day!!

...Father's Day.....just another way for Hallmarks to make money....luckily I love Hallmark!! AND.,...... I LOVE MY DAD. I am very thankful for my dad and all that he is to me. He had a tough daughter so to be such a great dad is a pretty remarkable thing! He is a wonderful Pop too! Madi thinks the world of him. It makes me so happy to see my dad and my daughter playing, or wrestling around, playing there games. It reminds me of when I was little and how he would do the same things with me. God blessed me with amazing parents and I am so thankful for that.

On fathers day I am also thankful for my husband who is a great dad. He loves Madi sooo much and would do anything for her. Today it was just Madi and daddy (of course I had a wedding) so Jason wanted to do something special with her just the two of them. SOoo they went on a daddy-daughter date. They went and got to ride horses for an hour and a half. Madi was elated. She got to ride a white horse with blue eyes! She could barley talk about it she was so excited. They had a blast at Riverside stables. They have alot of offer there..Check them out!!
Then when they got home they went swimming and Madi decided she was brave enough to start swimming with out a life jacket. And she did it!! She was swimming around the pool like a little fish. She was on cloud nine today with her daddy. It was great to see them spending the day and making memories that will last a lifetime!!

So dad and Jason....Happy Fathers Day and I love you!!!

Meet the Mckennas

Meet the McKenna's...a wonderful family. Not only are they are our friends, and Pat is the youth minister at our church but they are also our neighbors. You have seen there son Landon a few times because he was our Mud Pie boy and the little boy in the fishing boat. If you did not see those make sure to check out the older posts for those pictures.

These pictures were taken for a Father's Day gift.

This picture below is a watercolor painting. I am sure it is hard
to see but it looks really cool in our big canvas prints!!

This the regular version of the top picture.

Madi and her lost tooth!!!

Ok....so I FINALLY got Madison in for a QUICK photo shoot last week..it was about 10:30 at night!!! I feel bad but we have been soososo busy that we have not had time. And she really wanted to have some pictures taken in the studio. I knew the tooth missing would change her appearance but I did not realize how much it would. She is growing up soo fast. She is the best little girl in the world. We are so thankful that God blessed us with her and that He allowed us to be her parents. Madi has brought more laughter and love to my life than I could have ever imagined!!!
